## Summary

  • Sync Lite docs/configs/runners with v4.1
  • Port shared truncation hardening, low-volume defaults, and token-bag dedup policy
  • Preserve Lite-specific Google GTX translation docs and behavior
  • Add project memory support and tracker setup UI

Validation

  • python -m unittest discover -s tests -v
  • python -m compileall -q shared apps tests docs
  • Smoke tested truncation outcomes for prank sound, truncated prefixes, and dangling connectors
